Experienced Practice Nurse Vacancy (Band 6) 8 hours per week (Friday)
We are expanding our nursing department and are looking for an experienced practice nurse to join our friendly and supportive team on a Friday. We are a dedicated and dynamic practice, with patient care at our core. We believe in a team approach and our day is structured to ensure that we all work together for the benefit of patients and colleagues, helping each other to achieve a good work life balance and excellent patient care.

Along with seven other local practices we have formed 3 Valley’s Health PCN, with a combined list size of over 66,000 patients. As a PCN we have an innovative and supportive approach to collaborative working.
Who we are looking for:
This position is suitable for a qualified nurse, ideally with post-registration experience in Primary Care, including those that may have worked in GP Practices, Urgent treatment Centre or Community Nursing. You will have CDM and minor illness training or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
The role required resilience and the ability to be flexible and adaptable. You will be confident working alone without direct supervision, undertaking and reporting autonomous decisions made in practice.
