To request a GP referral:

Tracking a referral
To track an existing referral:
For the following specialities, please telephone the Referral Support Service on 0333 332 0051
Audiology, Breast Clinic, Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrine and Diabetic, ENT, Gastroenterology, Gynaecology, Orthopaedic, Pain Clinic, Rheumatology, Surgery, Urology, Vascular.
For Allergy, Care of the Elderly, Neurology, Paediatrics and Respiratory, please check your NHS App if you have one, or contact the Hope House Secretaries.
For urgent two-week wait referrals – please let the secretaries at Hope House Surgery know if you haven’t heard from the hospital within 10 days of your referral.
