We will be running a WALK-IN Covid Vaccination Clinic on SUNDAY 19th DECEMBER at Hope House Surgery. This is open to anyone – not just our patients.
We are offering:
12 – 17 year olds
First dose
Second dose (first dose must have been before 26/09/21)
18 years +
First dose
Second dose (first dose must have been before 24/10/21)
Booster (second dose must have been before 26/09/21)
Additionally Immunocompromised patients can also attend for their third primary dose (second dose must have been before 24/10/21) or their booster (third primary must have been before 26/09/21).
These will be available between 2 PM and 4.30PM and will be on a first come first served basis. You will be required to join the queue at the rear of the building and will be allocated a dose when you join the queue. Once all the doses are allocated the queue will be closed and we will not be able to accept any more patients.
We hope that this offers many of our local community the opportunity to access the vaccine as quickly and conveniently as possible.
