Patients who are on regular medication may request a repeat prescription, using the repeat form attached to your prescription or by using a blank form which can be obtained from reception.
To avoid possible errors we prefer repeat requests in writing, these can be posted to us, dropped in the box provided in the reception area or faxed to us on .
Please allow two working days before collecting a prescription from the surgery, or longer if you are collecting from a selected local chemist.
If you are unable to collect your prescription and would like us to post it to you when it is ready, please include a stamped addressed envelope with your request.
Sometimes when you request a repeat prescription the Doctor may ask you to make an appointment before it is issued – this is to keep a check on your health and any medication you are taking.
