We endeavor to deliver the best level of service to our patients but understand that sometimes you may not be happy with the service you have received.
If you do have any reason to be dissatisfied with the service then you are able to raise a complaint.
Depending on the nature of the complaint, it may be possible to address it and resolve it immediately, or it may take some time to investigate.
Complaints can be made in writing either by emailing bswicb.hopehouse@nhs.net and adding COMPLAINT to the subject line, or by post to:

We can also accept verbal complaints if you are unable to submit them in writing, please telephone 01761 432121 and ask to speak with the Operations Manager.
